Terms of Service

These terms describe use of Vitals, operated by STAK TECH PTY LTD.
The service
Vitals helps organise and explain your health records. It is not included on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods and is not intended to provide diagnosis, treatment or emergency care. Check extracted information against its source and discuss health decisions with a qualified professional. See the medical disclaimer.
A product that continues to evolve
Vitals is in private preview. We may test, add, update, limit or retire features, supported formats, integrations and service plans for product development, reliability, security, legal or commercial reasons. A preview or roadmap is not a promise that a feature will remain available or be released by a particular date.
We will act reasonably, give reasonable advance notice of changes that materially disadvantage you where practicable, and provide a reasonable opportunity to export your records before planned closure. Urgent security or legal action may require shorter notice. You may stop using the service; any cancellation or refund rights under law remain. If a change materially reduces a prepaid service, we will offer a reasonable alternative or cancellation with a refund for the unused affected period.
Fees and future plans
Any paid offering, price, billing period and cancellation terms will be shown before you agree to it. Introducing fees will not automatically enrol a free account into a paid plan. Price increases will be notified before renewal and will not change an already-paid period without your agreement, except where required by law.
Your account and information
Keep your login secure, provide accurate information and use Vitals lawfully. Only submit information you are entitled to provide. Do not access another person’s account, disrupt the service or bypass access controls.
You retain your rights in your information. You give us permission to store, process, reproduce and display it only as reasonably needed to operate, secure and support your use of Vitals, including through service providers under the Privacy Policy. This is not an unrestricted licence to commercialise your health records.
Improvement and feedback
We may use de-identified, aggregated service data and feedback to develop, evaluate and improve features, products and services. We do not currently use identifiable health or genetic information for development, research or model training; a separate opt-in would be sought before any such use. The Privacy Policy governs personal information in feedback.
Availability and intellectual property
We do not promise support for every report format, uninterrupted access or error-free extraction and AI output. Keep your original records. These limitations do not reduce rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Vitals software, design and service content are owned by or licensed to STAK TECH PTY LTD. You may use them for the service’s intended purpose, but may not resell, copy or reverse engineer them except as permitted by law or our written agreement. This does not transfer ownership of your records to us.
Access and changes to these terms
We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a material breach, security risks or legal requirements. We will give notice and an opportunity to resolve a remediable issue where appropriate. You may stop using Vitals and request account deletion at any time.
We may update these terms for changes to the service, law or legitimate operational needs. Material changes will be notified in advance where practicable; we will seek agreement where required. They will not retrospectively change accrued rights or grant new health-data permissions.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Questions can be sent to info@staktech.com.au.
