How Vitals works

Vitals brings your pathology results, DNA report, body-composition scans and wearable data into one private record — then helps you understand what it all means, in plain language.

1. Connect your data

Upload a pathology PDF from any Australian lab, add your Circle DNA report, or connect Apple Health and your wearables. Most people start with a single results PDF — it takes about a minute.

2. Vitals unifies it

We parse, structure and cross-reference everything into one timeline. A blood test from 2023 and one from last month line up side by side, so a slow change is easy to see instead of hidden inside a single “normal” reading.

3. Understand it in plain language

Ask a question in everyday words — “what does this marker mean?”, “what’s changed since last year?” — and get a clear explanation grounded only in your own numbers. Vitals gives you information to understand your data. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace your doctor.

4. Stay in control

Your record is yours. See everything Vitals holds, correct anything that’s wrong, export the lot, or delete it permanently — any time.

What Vitals is — and isn’t

Vitals is a private place to gather your health records and understand them better, so you walk into appointments prepared and never lose track of a result.

Vitals is not a doctor, a diagnosis, or a medical device. It doesn’t tell you whether you have a condition or what to do about one. Anything that concerns you is a conversation to have with a qualified health professional — Vitals just helps you arrive at that conversation with the full picture. See our disclaimer.
