From separate reports to a clearer record.
Vitals helps you organise health reports, see measurements across years of testing, and consider medicines and supplements in the same context.
Start with access
Vitals is in private preview. Complete the short request form and we will be in touch about access. Please do not include health details in the form.
1. Bring your reports
Once you have access, upload a supported report. Many people can start with a pathology PDF. Vitals organises extracted results alongside the original report.
Report layouts vary. Check the extracted values, dates and units against your original before relying on them; a supported format is not a guarantee that every page will be read correctly.
2. See what changes
Measurements from different dates appear together in Trends. You can explore the history of a measurement, filter categories and see values outside the report’s reference range.
The “Moved together” view compares selected measurements over similar periods. Two values changing together do not establish a cause. They can provide context for a conversation with your clinician.
3. Review medicines and supplements
Keep a record of what you take, including doses and schedules. Vitals highlights overlapping supplement ingredients, checks recognised ingredient dose totals, and reviews a curated set of high-priority interaction rules.
The checks are limited and do not cover every possible interaction. An overlap is not automatically an unsafe dose. Ask your pharmacist or clinician about suitability; do not start, stop or change treatment based on Vitals.
4. Ask about your record
Ask Vitals questions in everyday language, such as what changed between reports or what you could discuss at an appointment. AI-generated explanations can make mistakes and are not automatically reviewed by a clinician.
