William Naing built Vitals after seeing the same problem repeatedly: pathology results in one portal, a DNA report in an inbox, wearable history in another app, and no useful way to read the whole picture together.
Our mission
Your body is one system, so your records should live in one place and make sense together. Vitals helps you arrive at appointments prepared, with the relevant history and better questions — not a diagnosis or a replacement for clinical care.
The problem
- Fragmentation. Every lab, clinic and device keeps its own silo. A slow change over three years is invisible when each result is filed separately and reads “normal” on its own.
- Unreadable results. Reports are written for clinicians. Most people never learn what half the markers on their own blood test mean.
- Missing context. Medicines and supplements often sit outside the record, even when they are relevant to a result or a question for a clinician.

Where we are
Vitals is in private preview, built and run by one person. Access is by invitation while the groundwork that a health product owes its users — Australian hosting and an independent security review — is finished. We publish what has shipped on What’s new and what has not on how we protect your data.
Australian-built
Designed and built in Melbourne for the way Australian health data actually arrives, messy pathology PDFs included. Our hosting is not yet in Australia; moving it to Sydney is the gate before we open access more widely, and we say so rather than imply otherwise.
What we believe
- Evidence beats guesswork. A single result is a snapshot. A useful record shows the trend, the source and the context around it.
- Health decisions remain clinical. Vitals can surface information to review; it does not recommend treatment or replace a pharmacist, GP or specialist.
- You stay in control. You can inspect, correct, export or delete the record you have built.
- Plain truth matters. We publish what has shipped and what has not on our security page.
