Privacy questions and complaints
If you want to access or correct your data, or you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, email us with the subject Privacy and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
Before you send health details
Please don’t email us your pathology results, DNA data, or other health information — email isn’t a secure place for it, and we don’t need it to help. Your health data belongs in your Vitals record, not your outbox.
